At l’Atelier de la Terre Ronde, we place great importance on customer satisfaction and ensure the quality of every handcrafted piece created by Sylvie Souton Chany.
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return an item to us, without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalties.

- L’article doit être retourné dans son état d’origine, non utilisé, non endommagé, et dans son emballage d’origine.
- Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client, sauf en cas d’erreur de notre part ou d’un produit défectueux.

2. Damaged or non-conforming products
We take great care in packaging our creations, but if an item arrives damaged or does not correspond to your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the product and packaging.
In this case, we will suggest :
- Un remplacement (sous réserve de disponibilité).
- Un remboursement intégral, incluant les frais de retour.
3. Personalized items and custom orders
Personalized or custom-made orders cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of defects or damage noted on delivery.
4. Repayment terms
Once the return has been validated, the refund will be made via the same method of payment used at the time of purchase, within 7 to 14 working days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
